Returned product must be complete, unused, and in 'as new' condition (if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product).
It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
You can return the item by yourself (customer will cover the return cost).
To ensure your refund isn’t delayed please complete the online return request form and copy of the original invoice in a prominent location inside the packaging.
